  • I’m based in Los Angeles, but I currently work with most clients online, and I’m licensed to see anyone located in California for virtual therapy.

  • Online therapy works much like in-person sessions, just from the comfort of your own space. We’ll meet over a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. All you need is a private space, a solid internet connection, and a device with a camera. Many clients find virtual sessions more convenient and just as effective—especially for EMDR, which translates seamlessly to an online setting.

  • I see a small number of clients in person at my office on the Westside of Los Angeles. Availability is limited, and in-person sessions are offered at a higher rate. If you're interested, feel free to ask about openings during your consultation.

  • My standard fee for individual therapy sessions is $225 per 50-minute session. For in-person sessions, which are limited in availability, the rate is $250 per session.

From time to time, we may decide to do a longer EMDR session (i.e 75-90 minutes) which will be offered on a pro-rated basis.

  • I don’t work directly with insurance, but I can provide a monthly superbill—a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Be sure to check with your provider about your specific benefits.Item description

  • The first session is about getting to know each other. I’ll ask questions about what’s bringing you in, your history, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. You don’t have to prepare or have all the answers—it’s a collaborative space to begin making sense of things together.

If we decide EMDR is a good fit, we’ll usually spend the first few sessions building a foundation—making sure you feel safe, supported, and ready to begin that deeper work.

  • It depends on your goals and the kind of support you're looking for. Some clients come in with a clear focus and feel significant relief after a few months. Others choose to stay longer to work through deeper patterns, trauma, or ongoing life transitions.

If we’re doing EMDR, we’ll typically spend the first few sessions building safety and clarity before beginning the reprocessing work. Some EMDR targets resolve quickly, while others take more time depending on your history and what’s coming up.

Either way, we’ll check in often to make sure the work is aligned with what you need—whether it’s short-term support or longer-term growth.

  • A Good Faith Estimate outlines the expected cost of your therapy and is part of the No Surprises Act. If you're paying out-of-pocket, this estimate is included in your initial consent paperwork so you’ll have a clear sense of fees and what to expect from the start.

  • I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows me to offer that time to another client. If something comes up and you’re able to reschedule within the same week, I’ll always do my best to make that work and waive the fee. Otherwise, late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full session fee.
